HOUSE RULES
Dear Guests!
We strive to make our Guests feel comfortable during their stay. We will do our best to ensure that you will not be disturbed during your holiday in our apartment. If, despite our efforts, you notice any disturbance that you are not happy with, please contact us immediately. To maintain the condition, tidiness and cleanliness of the apartment and its furnishings, please refrain from any activity that you would not do in your own home.
1. RESERVATION AND ACCOMMODATION
Reservations are made on our website via Booking.com, Airbnb, TripAdvisor or any other online sites, the accommodation intermediary sites may not always display the full contents of the policy, so please read carefully, and comply with the following points.
2. CHECK-IN
- The official check-in time is from 3 pm to 10 pm.
- The check-in procedure is always assisted in person, therefore please let us know your approximate time of
arrival in advance.
- Late check-in is possible after 10 pm but it is subject to additional charges.
- Early check-in is subject to availability.
- Please inform us prior to your arrival so that we can get to the location of the check-in on time.
3. CHECK-OUT
- The official check-out time is 11:00 am.
- Late check-out is subject to availability, moreover check-outs after 12:00 are subject to additional charges, since
the cleaning must be reorganized.
- Please inform us prior to your departure about your check-out time. Occasionally I assist with check-outs as well.
4. IDENTIFICATION
According to local regulations, every guest is required to have and show us a valid form of identification (with a photo) upon arrival. If you are not willing to or cannot do so, you run the risk of being turned away from check- in.
Friends and visitors are not allowed in the property. All overnight guests must be approved throughout the booking process and are subject to an additional fee.
5. PAYMENT
Any remaining balance of the accommodation fee, the tourist tax, late check-in charge, transfer fee is to be paid upon arrival at check-in. If for any reason you leave the accommodation before the end of your stay, we will not be able to reduce or refund the accommodation fee.
SMOKING
6. SMOKING, USE OF E-CIGARETTES OR WAPES AND SIMILAR, HEAVY DRINKING AND USE OF DRUGS ARE FORBIDDEN IN THE ENTIRE AREA OF THE APARTMENT.
Smoking is restricted to the balcony. On request, an ashtray will be provided upon arrival.
7. CHILDREN
The apartment is not suitable for children under 18 years without parents.
8. PETS
No pets are allowed in any of the apartments.
9. QUIET HOURS - PARTIES
Quiet hours are between 8 pm – to 8 am, during this time please limit activities that would generate high noise levels. This property is not suitable for parties. Should neighbors complain, we reserve the right to evict you from the property.
10. CLEANING
The apartment is clean and tidy by the time of the check-in and for stays longer than 7 nights, cleaning is done free of charge after one week. Cleaning is done normally on a weekly basis. which includes changing of towels, sheets and covers. Extra cleaning is available upon arrangement for a surcharge, should one wish to have the apartment cleaned each day.
11. AIRPORT TRANSFER
Upon request we offer transfer services to and from the airport for a surcharge. Please let us know if you are interested in our transfer services.
12. USE OF APPLIANCES AND FURNITURE
We will check the condition of the apartment together with the guests upon arrival and we will ask you to return it in the same condition upon departure! We will hand over / take over the apartment upon arrival and departure and in the event of any damage, we will claim any damages caused by the guests.
To avoid major damages, please also report any defects or malfunctions you find so that we can remedy them before the next guest arrives. Thank you in advance for your cooperation!
